Because our website offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (Unity Source Code), we do not provide refunds once the order is completed and the product download link is made available. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.

1. The Nature of Digital Products

Unlike physical goods, digital source code can be copied and saved instantly. For this reason, we cannot “take back” a product once it has been accessed. By completing your purchase, you agree that the 14-day right of withdrawal (standard for physical goods) does not apply to digital content.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we may honor refund requests under the following limited conditions:

  • Non-Delivery of Product: If you do not receive the download link due to a technical issue with our mail server or payment gateway, please contact us. If we cannot resolve the delivery within 48 hours, a refund will be issued.

  • Major Defects: All our codes are tested. However, if the source code is proven to be corrupted or missing essential files, and our technical support team cannot provide a fix or a working version within 7 business days, a refund will be processed.

  • Product Not-As-Described: A refund request based on this must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. You must provide clear evidence that the purchased product is significantly different from what is described on the product page.

3. What We DO NOT Refund

We will not issue refunds for the following reasons:

  • “I bought this by mistake.”

  • “I don’t know how to use Unity.”

  • “I changed my mind.”

  • “The code is too complex for me.”

  • “My app store account was suspended.” (We are not responsible for 3rd party platform policies).

  • Incompatibility with specific Unity versions not mentioned in the product description.

Before requesting a refund, you must allow our support team to help you. Most issues are related to Unity environment settings or missing SDKs rather than the code itself. Please reach out to us first.
